Foltz Trucking
Foltz Trucking is one of the largest over-the-road carriers operating in the Upper Midwest and Canada that specializes in bulk hopper bottom freight. We began working with Foltz Trucking in 2020 to develop an online campaign for truck driver recruitment. We identified Meta Ads and Google Search Ads as the best platforms for achieving their goals. We set up campaigns on both platforms, wrote copy for all ads and continue to manage their campaigns currently.
Objectives
Foltz Trucking’s online application funnel consists of a “drivers” page on their website where visitors can learn more about the benefits of driving for them. They can then click to go to the full driver application on a third-party recruitment software. The main objectives of our driver recruitment campaign are as follows:
• Increase quality traffic to the “drivers” page on the Foltz Trucking website
• Increase quality traffic to the Foltz Trucking online driver application
• Increase overall applicants and truck driving prospects
Strategies
Meta Ads – Our Meta Ads targeting strategy consisted of 3 campaigns running in the states they hire out of. There’s a main campaign using interest-based targeting to reach truck drivers looking for employment. We also set up a traffic campaign with broad targeting to give the Meta pixel more data for optimization. Finally, we set up a retargeting campaign targeting people that have already been to their website, sending them directly to the application. We continually optimize and test creatives and copy, putting winning variations into a high performing dynamic ad.
Google Ads – For Google Search, we set up a campaign with multiple ad groups organized by employment-based keywords like “jobs,” “employment,” “carreers.” (ex: “truck driving jobs” “jobs for truck drivers,” “CDL jobs in my area” in one group, “truck driver employment,” “employment for truck drivers,” “companies employing truck drivers” in another group etc.) We created several ads for each group with copy tailored to their respective keywords.
Results
Our Foltz Trucking ad campaigns have become a valuable employee recruitment system for their business, where they can simply raise or lower their ad budget depending on their need for drivers. These campaigns have been continually running for five years. In that time they have invested over $220,000 in ad spend between the two platforms, and have gotten the following results:
• Over 26.5 Million Ad Impressions
• Over 260,000 Clicks to the Foltz Trucking Website
• Over 105,000 Clicks to the Foltz Trucking Driver Application

Natural Healthy Healing
Natural Healthy Healing is a community of people dedicated to using natural supplements, simple exercises and a healthy diet to treat chronic pain and common ailments, rather than medication. They provide their community members with tips, remedies, recipes, exercises and products through email. We began working with them in 2025 to develop a lead generation campaign to build their email subscriber list. We created a lead magnet, built an optin funnel and set up a Meta Ads campaign. We are still managing the campaign currently.
Objectives
The main objectives of our lead gen campaign for Natural Healthy Healing are as follows:
• Create a quality lead magnet that is desirable for ideal target subscribers
• Create an online lead gen funnel with a high optin rate
• Create and manage an online ad campaign that generates steady leads at a low cost
Strategies
Lead Magnet – After conducting in-depth research, we came up with the lead magnet concept of a free digital handbook on turmeric. Turmeric is big in the natural/alternative health space right now, and one of the products that Natural Healthy Healing promotes is a turmeric supplement. We created an informational handbook about the healing benefits of turmeric, including its history, nutritional facts, recipes, supplement recommendations and more.

Optin Funnel – We created a simple optin funnel consisting of an optin page promoting the handbook lead magnet, and a thank you page with a link to their turmeric product. They deliver the handbook to new subscribers through an automated email sequence.

Meta Ads – Our Meta Ads strategy involved utilizing interest-based targeting to build an audience of health conscious people interested in alternative medicine, remedies and a natural, preventative lifestyle. We wrote several copy variations and created several images and are continuing to split test and optimize the campaign.
Results
Our Natural Healthy Healing Meta Ads campaign has produced the following results:
• $0.27 Cost Per Click
• 62% Optin Rate
• $0.47 Per Lead
